It is a Fraser-river sturgeon caviar, ethically, farm-raised using land-based aquaculture Sechelt, on British Columbia’s Sunshine Coast. A true Canadian gem. In addition, the sturgeon are fed organic feed, with no added hormones, antibiotics, or preservatives.
